Sebratec AB continues to grow and is now looking for a driven salesperson with a focus on new business development.

We are looking for someone motivated by creating new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing accounts. This is a dedicated sales role where your focus lies on identifying, contacting, and developing new customers.

The role has no personnel, consultant, or recruitment responsibilities. You work with sales – and sales only.

About the role

As a salesperson at Sebratec, you are responsible for creating new business by establishing contact with companies in need of specialist competence in software development, data engineering, cloud, and digitalization.

You drive the entire sales process from first contact to contract and work closely with the company's management to create long-term growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify new customers and business opportunities
  • Prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings
  • Build relationships with decision-makers
  • Present Sebratec's offerings and competencies
  • Drive sales processes from first contact to contract
  • Work systematically in the CRM system
  • Contribute to developing the company's sales strategy

We are looking for you who

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Have documented experience in creating new customer relationships
  • Enjoy proactive sales and new business development
  • Are self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Have good communication skills and are adept at building trust
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

Merits:
