About the Role
As a salesperson here, you are the player on the field who drives business from the first contact to the signed contract. You work with the entire sales process, build relationships, and help customers find the right fire protection solutions that truly make a difference.
In this role, you work closely with our fire protection consultants, meaning you benefit from their technical expertise while you are responsible for customer dialogue and the business deal. Together, you ensure that the customer receives a holistic solution that is secure, clear, and adapted to their needs.
This is a role for you who wants to combine sales, customer contact, and a clear purpose – to contribute to a safer society.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for potential customers and business opportunities.
- Booking your own meetings.
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored fire protection solutions.
- Negotiating and writing contracts.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Following up and driving business through the entire sales process.

Person Profile

Brandsäkra Norden AB is growing, and therefore we are looking for a salesperson for our new office in Skövde.
Brandsäkra works with holistic solutions in preventive fire protection for property owners, housing companies, and housing cooperatives.
The vision is that no one should lose their life in a building fire, where the business idea is to prevent and avoid fire through inspections, consultation, maintenance, and installation of various types of fire protection.
We offer our services throughout Sweden and currently help approx. 900 associations with ongoing fire protection. Among our customers are property companies, housing cooperatives, businesses, and municipalities. We are members of SVEBRA and the Fire Protection Association.
Brandsäkra was named a "Gasell" (Gazelle) company by Dagens Industri in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2020, Brandsäkra received the award "Entrepreneur of the Year" from Företagarna.
