We are now looking for you who want to take a key role in developing Mio's customer journeys through data-driven and automated customer communication.
You will become part of our CRM team – a small specialist team with high competence, great engagement, and high ambitions. Your assignment
You are responsible for developing and optimizing Mio's automated customer communication and making our customer dialogues more relevant, accurate, and business-driving.
In the role of Marketing Automation Specialist, you build the logic behind our customer journeys and develop automated flows that meet the customer throughout the entire journey – before, during, and after purchase. This could, for example, involve building flows that move customers between different value segments, creating inspiring pre-purchase flows, and post-purchase dialogues that help the customer further in their home.
You work in Voyado, where you configure, build, and further develop automated flows. The role is technically oriented and suits you if you thrive in systems, enjoy structure, and have a natural ability to see connections between data, logic, and communication.
Another important part of the assignment is to drive A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and develop segmentation, triggers, and personalization to create even more relevant customer journeys. You are also involved in customer journey mapping and contribute to identifying new opportunities in the customer dialogue.
About you
You are driven by understanding how data, technology, and communication together create better customer experiences. You like building logic, analyzing results, and constantly finding smarter ways to automate and optimize.
We believe you have experience with Marketing Automation or CRM and are accustomed to working with automated customer dialogues, segmentation, and data-driven flows. You have worked in Voyado or a similar platform and preferably have experience with customer data platforms like StiftLab or similar tools. Experience from retail or other consumer-facing operations is advantageous.
You thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and communication but do not need to be a developer. You are analytical, structured, and unpretentious, and you like to collaborate to turn ideas into solutions that work in practice.
The position is located at our wonderful service office in Tibro, and please note that we do not apply remote or hybrid work.
