EnRival is now seeking a Coach/Advisor for Rusta och Matcha in Ytterby.

About the Position

As a coach/advisor, you work closely with job seekers and support them on their path to employment or education. You coach, guide, and motivate participants based on their individual conditions and goals. At the same time, you build relationships with employers and educational providers to create new opportunities for our participants.

The position is full-time with a planned start date in mid-August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Individual coaching and guidance
• Matching with jobs and education
• Support in application processes and interview preparation
• Active processing of employers and networking
• Planning, follow-up, and documentation
• Conducting individual meetings and group activities
• Motivating participants to achieve their goals and strengthen their position on the labor market

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who is driven by seeing others succeed. You are positive, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trust and long-term relationships.

You thrive working independently, take initiative, and have good collaboration skills.

Qualifications

You must meet at least one of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the old system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2

• At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade

and

• At least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Work leadership with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Career transition work for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Processing of personnel matters (not just administration)
  • Working life and labor market issues
  • Work with social and group psychology
  • Career guidance

Merits

• Experience with Rusta och Matcha
• Experience in coaching or guidance
• Local network among employers in the Ytterby-Kungälv area
• Good digital competence
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
• Ability to create and develop relationships with both participants and employers
