This could be your next step. We are currently looking for an interim Marketing Manager for Liseberg for an exciting consulting assignment.

About the Role

As the interim Marketing Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and developing Liseberg's work to strengthen the brand and create meaningful communication that leads to both new visitors and loyal ambassadors. You ensure that marketing efforts are well-rooted in the organization, conducted in a structured manner, and deliver according to set goals, strategies, and current regulations.

In this role, you have overarching management responsibility and serve as a strategic and operational support in marketing-related matters. You work cross-functionally and are a key contact point for both internal and external stakeholders. The assignment involves leading, coordinating, and following up on marketing initiatives, as well as ensuring effective dialogue between relevant functions.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Follow up on and analyze marketing data and ensure relevant reporting.
• Act as the contact person for marketing matters for both internal and external parties.
• Inform management and relevant stakeholders about the status, results, and progress of marketing efforts.
• Participate in and represent the business in relevant meetings, forums, and working groups.
• Ensure that marketing activities are carried out in line with the business's goals, strategies, and guidelines.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately or by August 10, 2026. The assignment runs until February 2027, with the possibility of extension. You will be based at Liseberg's premises in Gothenburg, with the opportunity to attend external meetings as needed.

About You

We are looking for you who have extensive experience in marketing and communications combined with several years of leadership experience. You are accustomed to working both strategically and operationally and have the ability to create structure, drive change, and engage people towards common goals. The role places high demands on good collaboration skills, diplomatic competence, and the ability to navigate a complex organization.

You thrive in an advisory role where you support the business with marketing-related questions and have experience working cross-functionally with many different stakeholders. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and skilled at building trusting relationships. You are clear in your leadership, dare to make decisions, and have the ability to drive work forward while creating engagement among those around you.

Qualifications:

• Relevant higher education or university degree.
• At least three years of experience in strategic, tactical, and operational marketing and communications work with documented good results.
• At least six years of leadership experience.
• Experience from both the buyer and seller side of communication agency services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience from the visitor industry, experience industry, or cultural activities is considered an advantage.
