We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for Ragn-Sells! Do you want to be part of a company where recycling and the environment are in focus? Do you have previous experience in customer service and are you a quick learner? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Ragn-Sells, one of Sweden's leading companies within recycling and the environment, is now looking for a new Customer Service Representative with immediate start.

In this role, you will handle a broad spectrum of customers – both private individuals and businesses – and answer a variety of questions. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Answering questions about invoices, products, services, and prices
• Receiving and registering orders
• Providing quotes and pricing for simple inquiries
• Receiving and handling complaints
• Forwarding questions, orders, or complaints to the relevant department when necessary
• Upselling to customers

In addition to the above, you will also be involved in the implementation of a new business system.

The position means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work as a consultant at Ragn-Sells. The assignment is a fixed-term employment starting in September. The workplace is located in central Gothenburg.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To fit the role, we see that you are confident, service-oriented, and communicative. You are professional in both speech and writing, have the ability to handle stressful situations, and can prioritize effectively. Collaboration is important, and you see what needs to be done and help out where needed. Previous experience in service is meritorious, preferably within customer service, as well as the ability to quickly get up to speed with new tasks.

You need to be able to work during the summer to be considered for the position.

We would like you to have:

• Good computer skills and the ability to work in different systems
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
