  • Leadership and delegation Together with the Sales Manager, you lead the daily work at the station and ensure both customer focus and sales.
  • Personnel management and economy As Assistant Sales Manager, you support the Sales Manager in motivating and coaching the station's employees, as well as keeping track of finances and other administrative tasks.
  • The Sales Manager's duties If the Sales Manager is away, you are in charge of the station and ensure operations run smoothly. We support you and give you all the keys you need so that one day you can run your own station.

As Assistant Sales Manager, you work in shifts, and the shifts vary in length and time of day. This is a full-time position of 38.25 hours per week. The station is open weekdays between 06:00 - 22:00 and weekends between 08:00 - 22:00. The start date for the position is 2026-09-01.

When working as an Assistant Sales Manager with us, you have a monthly salary based on your previous experience in service, supported by our collective agreement. For full-time work, the salary is 30,746–34,626 SEK/month, plus additional shift allowances for work on red days, weekends, evenings, and nights. Your previous work experience must be verified with a certificate from your previous employer.
