About the Role

With the vision "Together we save lives", you will play a key role as a Key Account Manager at Presto in developing and nurturing relationships with some of our largest customers. You will drive business in close collaboration with both customers and our internal teams across our seven regions. The role requires business acumen, structure, and strong collaboration skills – you need to thrive in the cooperation between the customer, the delivery organization, and other internal functions. Here you will have the opportunity to combine strategic work with operational execution.

Your Main Responsibilities

• 🧯 Drive the business from tender and quotation to negotiation, contract, and final deal closure.
• 🧯 Implement key customer agreements and ensure that internal teams understand contract content, requirements, and working methods.
• 🧯 Drive the annual plan forward and work actively towards results and departmental goals.
• 🧯 Project manage customer assignments and ensure smooth handovers to the sales, admin, and delivery organizations.
• 🧯 Create alignment and good communication between the customer, the delivery organization, and other internal functions.
• 🧯 Ensure that contracts are kept up to date and conduct ongoing internal and external reconciliations.

We are looking for you who

Thrive in a role where you are both an advisor, business developer, and coordinator. You have experience driving business towards larger customer accounts and are used to working in a structured manner towards set goals.

You have a strong business drive and the ability to create alignment – whether you meet the customer, the region's sales team, the delivery organization, or other internal functions. The role requires you to be a clear team player who enjoys many different contact points and wants to work together with others to achieve common goals!

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• ✅ 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• ✅ A clear competitive focus and are motivated to reach and win deals together with the team
• ✅ Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• ✅ B‑driver's license
