ABOUT THE ROLE
As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will handle the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as simple watch repairs, such as battery replacements and link adjustments. We have a fast-paced environment with the customer at the center! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.
At Ur&Penn, you will also work with:
- Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
- Ear and nose piercing (training is provided upon starting).
- Merchandising, restocking, and updating campaigns.
- Inventory management.
We are looking to fill two permanent positions starting 27/4, with a 6-month probationary period. The roles are 23 hours/week and 3 hours/week respectively.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Previous work experience in retail.
- A completed high school education.
- Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
