Store Associate for Swedish Match Flagship Store in Gothenburg

Our Swedish Match Flagship Store in Gothenburg is one of our six stores where engaged associates are passionate about service with a focus on snus and nicotine pouches. Now, we are looking for you who love service and want to work as a Snus Expert with us!

We are currently looking for an associate on a 50% schedule, distributed across both weekdays and weekends. Start date is negotiable, but we prefer candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will be one of the faces of Swedish Match. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store, inform consumers about our products, guide them through snus blends, and conduct snus courses. Of course, you will receive all necessary training from us; the most important thing is that you are genuinely interested in our products and, above all, provide fantastic service!

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or work within the service sector/restaurants.
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
• Unpretentious.
• Good representative skills and a desire to inspire others.
• Flexible.
• Driven, outgoing, and positive.
• Relaxed attitude towards speaking in front of a group.
• Excellent language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
