Rambo AB is a municipal environmental company in central Bohuslän focused on recycling and waste management with household and business customers. Rambo's mission is to meet the needs of the owner municipalities and their residents for economically and environmentally sustainable resource management and waste handling in the long term. About the position

Rambo's customer service is the contact point for both private individuals and businesses. We are a team of four, and this summer we need you as reinforcement during our vacation period. If you are passionate about service, have high social competence, and a sense of responsibility, we hope you will send us an application.

Your everyday life

We work with issues related to waste management, recycling, and the environment. You will primarily meet customers via phone and email. Your tasks will include handling orders, managing reports of issues, and various subscription inquiries.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role and meet expectations, it is important that you:

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and flexible. You enjoy collaborating with others and have the ability to handle different individuals and situations. You are at least 18 years old, can speak and write fluent Swedish, and can express yourself easily in both speech and writing. You are accustomed to working digitally and are eager to learn new IT-based systems. It is a plus if you have previous experience in service and place great importance on a pleasant demeanor. Knowledge of the EDP software and skills in English are advantageous.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

Desirable qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service.

Good knowledge of English is a plus.
