Do you want to work in a local bank where personal customer meetings, business acumen, and local engagement really matter? We are now looking for experienced, driven, and service-oriented customer advisors for both the private and corporate sectors who want to help strengthen our continued development as we expand our operations in Skaraborg. In addition to our existing meeting places in Skara, Vara, Götene, and Nossebro, we will also have meeting places in Falköping and Mariestad in the future.

Customer Advisor Private/Premium With the customer's needs in focus, your primary task as a private customer advisor is to meet our customers, both physically and digitally, in advising regarding the entire private business. You will work closely with our customers, understand their needs, and offer advice that creates security, value, and long-term relationships. You provide professional advice in the areas of loans, savings, payments, and insurance, and if necessary, there is an opportunity to refer to other/higher competence. If you have a special interest in saving and investing and experience working within the Premium segment, there are also opportunities in that area. You are active in our local market, participating in house viewings and local events, and actively contributing to the team's common goals and the bank's continued growth.

Corporate Advisor As a corporate advisor, you meet our corporate clients with a professional and personal approach. You help entrepreneurs develop and run their businesses through qualified financial advice and tailored financial solutions. The role combines business acumen, relationship building, and understanding of the local business community. You have a strong commitment to existing customers while also being passionate about prospecting new customers. Through collaboration with various professional roles in the bank, you work to best develop long-term business relationships with customers and to create the best possible solution for each individual corporate client.

For both roles, we are looking for someone who has/is:

• Good experience in customer advising within the private and corporate sectors in banking or equivalent.

• Post-secondary education in economics/finance.

• Swedsec licenses in mortgages and advising.

• Knowledgeable and highly focused on digitalization.

• Driven with a strong commitment and high social competence.

• Business-minded and motivated by creating good relationships and customer meetings.

• A positive attitude, flexible, and responsible.

• A team player who contributes to development, energy, and engagement.
