ABOUT THE POSITION

As a salesperson at Bygglet, you will be an important part of an established sales team of about 10 people. The role is a strategic step to further strengthen the organization to enable continued growth.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a clear focus on new customer sales. The work is characterized by a structured and goal-oriented approach where you build and develop your own business pipeline and work data-driven to create long-term value.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving new customer sales and achieving set budget and business goals

  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers in the construction and craftsmanship industry

  • Booking and conducting customer meetings, primarily digitally

  • Presenting and demonstrating Bygglet's platform based on customer needs

  • Driving business through the entire sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreement

  • Working structured in CRM systems (HubSpot) for follow-up and analysis

  • Ensuring quality throughout the sales process and contributing to the development of working methods

  • Collaborating closely with marketing and Customer Success to optimize business and customer experience

The role involves clear result responsibility with defined KPIs related to business, pipeline, and closures. Sales primarily occur digitally, with relatively short sales cycles and good opportunities to continuously follow up and develop your performance.

For the right person, there are good development opportunities, both within Bygglet and within the SmartCraft group. In the long run, there is the possibility of taking on greater responsibility in a more senior sales role, for example, focusing on larger deals, strategic customers, or expanded business responsibility.

In the role of Salesperson, you will be based at Bygglet's office in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg, and report directly to the Head of Sales.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is social, engaged, goal-oriented, and enjoys a role where you can combine business acumen with relationship building. You are motivated by achieving results, but also by creating value for the customer and contributing to the team's collective success.

You have a structured working method, are attentive in dialogues, and have a natural ability to build trust. At the same time, you are curious, unpretentious, and happy to share experiences and insights with your colleagues.

We believe you have a relevant educational background and previous experience in proactive sales with good results, as well as being accustomed to working structured and data-driven in CRM systems and towards clear goals. You have good experience working in various systems and an efficient and organized working method. You are pedagogical in your communication and confident in driving business through the entire sales process. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have experience in sales in a SaaS company. If you also have an understanding of the construction or craftsmanship industry, that is an extra plus!
