We are looking for a RECRUITER for an exciting consulting assignment with an international organization based in Gothenburg. The assignment runs during April, May, and June and is suitable for you who have about two years of experience in recruitment and recruitment administration and who want to work operationally in a structured and professional recruitment environment.

About the assignment

In the role of HR Recruiter, you will have a central function in ensuring an efficient and qualitative recruitment process. You will work with the entire flow from needs assessment to hiring for junior to mid-level roles within various parts of the organization. The assignment includes both recruitment and recruitment administration and involves close collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and other colleagues within HR.

Your tasks include coordinating interviews, managing ongoing candidate communication, and ensuring that all information is accurately updated in the recruitment system. You contribute to a professional candidate experience and support the business with structure, clarity, and good service throughout the process.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in HR, human resources, behavioral science, or equivalent. You have about two years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role and feel confident working independently with multiple parallel processes.

You are experienced in working with ATS or other recruitment systems and are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and thrive in an international and fast-paced environment. As a person, you are service-oriented, professional, and have an easy time building trust with both candidates and managers.
