RECEPTIONIST AT GINA TRICOT

As a receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and the first person our visitors meet. You are responsible for welcoming guests, answering the phone, handling mail, and providing administrative support to our office functions. The position includes work during the summer and on Mondays each week, with the possibility of extra shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service or administration is a plus

• Good computer skills and communication abilities

• Flexible and responsible

• Positive attitude and a professional demeanor

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Selection and interviews are ongoing.

At the end of the recruitment process, you will need to present a passport or national ID, and if necessary, proof of residency if you hold citizenship outside the EU/EEA. This is to ensure your identity and that you have the right to work in Sweden.

As part of the process, a background check will also be conducted to ensure a fair and safe recruitment process. The check is performed via Fortcheck, where you as a candidate identify yourself with BankID and receive the results before they are shared with the recruiter.
