As a Recruiter, you play a central role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process – from start to finish. You act as the hub of the recruitment work and ensure that both candidates and hiring managers receive a first-class experience.

You work operationally, structured, and closely with the business while contributing to strengthening the employer brand and creating inclusive recruitment processes 🌱

• Drive the entire recruitment processes for junior to mid-level roles

• Coordinate interviews: bookings, preparations, and communication

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS system

• Be the main contact for candidates throughout the process

• Support hiring managers in process, structure, and timelines

• Handle recruitment-related matters and administration

• Identify improvement opportunities in methods and tools

• Contribute to employer branding and onboarding activities

• Has a bachelor's degree in HR, economics, or similar

• Has at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration

• Is familiar with working in ATS systems

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Has experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles

• Thrives in an international and matrix organization 🌍
