Description
Are you an experienced HR specialist who enjoys working closely with operations? With us, you will work broadly with HR issues and be a qualified support to managers.
About the Workplace
The HR department at the Urban Environment Administration represents the employer and serves as a strategic and operational support function to the administration's managers in HR matters. The department is led by the administration's HR manager and consists of about 20 employees, including HR specialists, HR administrators, and development leaders.
The Urban Environment Administration is an organization in development where HR plays an important role in strengthening leadership, developing HR processes, and contributing to a sustainable work life. With us, you will work in a competent HR group where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development are in focus.
Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for an experienced HR specialist who wants to work closely with operations and contribute to developing and strengthening the administration's HR work.
In this role, you will work consultatively and provide qualified support to managers on issues related to work environment, rehabilitation, and labor law. You will handle complex personnel matters and contribute to ensuring a professional and consistent employer work.
You will also work broadly within HR, where collaboration with trade unions is a significant part. In this role, you will work closely with the operations you support, particularly focusing on the operational area where the majority of employees are unionized. Therefore, it is important that you have experience supporting managers in operational environments and an understanding of the conditions that characterize this type of work.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR/personnel or equivalent. You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and are confident in providing advice and support to managers.
You have particularly good experience in work environment, rehabilitation, and labor law. Experience in HR work within operational activities with unionized employees is highly meritorious, as well as experience in wage formation.
You have experience collaborating with trade unions, good knowledge of the Office suite, and a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and confident in your professional role. You work consultatively, have high integrity, and the ability to independently drive issues forward. At the same time, you are collaborative and contribute to good cooperation within the HR department.
