About the Logistics School and Support Department
The Logistics School educates employees and future officers in logistics and vehicle service functions for all branches and combat forces in the Armed Forces. Approximately 95 military and civilian employees work at the Logistics School. The position is located in the Logistics School's support department, which provides support in administration, ICT pedagogy, and material and vehicle services.
Main Responsibilities
The support department coordinates and supports the internal publication work of the Logistics School and T 2. As a publications coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that publications and educational materials are produced to the right quality, are updated, and accessible to the entire Armed Forces.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving the publication process forward by planning, coordinating, and following up on publication production.
- Supporting managers, project leaders, and authors in administrative routines during the development and maintenance of publications.
- Quality assuring the publication production through language review and coordination of the functions responsible for the content.
- Administering publications throughout their validity period in the Armed Forces' support systems.
- Making publications accessible to recipients by developing digital educational aids related to the publications.
- Performing other tasks as needed within the department.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent competence deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Excellent ability to express oneself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
- Good ability to express oneself in English both verbally and in writing.
- Very good documented ability to work in digital systems and the Office suite.
- Driving license B (manual transmission).

DESIRABLE
- Experience with the Armed Forces' operations.
- Current experience in:
- coordination or project management.
- publication work.
- Adobe InDesign or similar.
Other
Employment type: Civil position, permanent employment. The Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those not employed by the authority.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Skövde.
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
Travel in service may occur.

Logistics is a collective term for supply, technical service, transport service, and defense medicine. This means that the regiment ensures that the combat units receive the support they need to accomplish their tasks, such as food, water, ammunition, and fuel.
