About the Organization

Vårdgivarservice is one of the units within Ekonomiservice and has a central mission: to primarily support private healthcare providers in the Västra Götaland region (VGR) with their administrative issues and ensure that reimbursements for contracted care are handled correctly and efficiently.

We work closely with our healthcare providers and contribute to maintaining the conditions for safe and well-functioning care in the region.

The organization is located in two places – Vänersborg and Gothenburg – and is characterized by team-based work, collaboration, and a desire to create good service in all contacts. Our mission encompasses everything from contract management to registry care and financial administration, with a strong focus on support in the form of email and case management. We strive to offer a quality-assured and accessible service with the healthcare provider in focus.

About the Job

As an employee with us, you will be an important part of a team that has broad responsibility for administrative processes related to private healthcare providers. In the role, you will among other things:

• provide support to healthcare providers in administrative matters
• process contracts and manage registry care in various systems
• administer reimbursements to healthcare providers
• import invoice files into the financial system

The work involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work in modern digital systems and be a central part of processes that have direct significance for the healthcare providers' conditions to operate their business.

The position is a temporary contract lasting until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

About You

We are looking for someone who has at least one year of post-secondary education in economics or equivalent high school diploma combined with at least one year of relevant work experience. You have good experience with digital tools and systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you:

• have knowledge of regulations regarding reimbursements to healthcare providers
• have experience in support or case management
• are familiar with how the Västra Götaland region operates as an organization

As a person, you are meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoy a role where you combine independent work with teamwork. You have good analytical skills and create structure, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet our healthcare providers with clarity and professionalism.
