Business Manager for Bus Business Unit

About the Role

As a Business Manager in the Bus Business Unit, you will play a key role in driving and developing our strategic traffic agreements. You will be a central player in ensuring sustainable, efficient, and high-quality deliveries that create value for both our travelers and our partners.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for monitoring, developing, and optimizing several of our larger traffic agreements. This includes:

• Strategic Contract Management – Driving overall responsibility for several major traffic agreements, including goal monitoring, analysis, and development of deliveries and KPIs.
• Business Relationships and Partnerships – Ensuring strong, long-term collaborations with transport companies and internal functions for common direction and development.
• Financial Monitoring and Business Optimization – Analyzing financial outcomes, identifying deviations, and driving actions that strengthen the business and quality.
• Negotiations and Contract Development – Leading negotiations, managing purchases, changes, and addendums, and contributing to feasibility studies and establishments.

Qualifications

You have a relevant university degree or experience that we consider equivalent. We see that you have several years of previous experience in leading and developing business operations with good results. You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree or experience that we consider equivalent
• Several years of experience in qualified work in related roles
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in leading and developing business operations
• Experience in contract interpretation, contract monitoring, and negotiation
• Experience in financial monitoring and analysis
• Good understanding of process-oriented working methods

Conditions and Application

The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement according to agreement. Location in Gothenburg or as agreed.
