We are Gothenburg! Do you want to work strategically with architecture in an organization where the whole, quality, and societal benefit are at the center? Intraservice in Gothenburg City is looking for an experienced enterprise architect who wants to create structure, direction, and long-term sustainability in a complex environment.

Here you will play a central role in developing and maintaining our enterprise architecture at Intraservice. You will ensure that it is updated, relevant, and a real support for digitalization, information security, and business development.

The role is both strategic and operational. You will lead the work with current and target architecture, develop roadmaps, and be responsible for coherent descriptions where processes, information, capabilities, and IT systems are tied together into a clear whole. At the same time, you will be an advisor and sounding board in development initiatives and ensure that projects follow our architectural principles and governing standards.

You will work closely with architects at various levels, strategists, information security specialists, and business developers – and be an important link between business needs and sustainable architectural solutions.

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in enterprise architecture, both strategically and operationally. You have a good knowledge of established frameworks and models, work with a holistic perspective, and are comfortable visualizing complex relationships. Experience in the public sector, the architecture tool Enterprise Architect Sparx, and modeling with the notations Archimate and UML is advantageous. We would also like you to have a certification as an enterprise architect.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and driven. You can anchor ideas, create understanding, and lead development forward – both independently and together with others.
