Do you have experience in the recruitment or consulting industry and want to contribute to a more sustainable job market? Have you worked with service sales in B2B and thrive in a role where performance, relationships, and business are in focus? As a sales-oriented consultant manager at TNG in Gothenburg, you will be responsible for creating successful matches between clients and consultants in qualified specialist and managerial roles. You will work closely with decision-makers at our clients while building and developing a strong network of consultants. At TNG, you will work entrepreneurially, drive business forward, and be an important part of the development of our consulting operations.

As a Consultant Manager at TNG, you will have an independent role and report to the Regional Manager for South and West. At TNG, we have a hybrid workplace, and when we meet at the office, we are centrally located in modern and beautiful premises at Convendum (co-working) in Gothenburg.

Your tasks
As a sales-oriented consultant manager, you will work in a business-driven role focused on finding new and developing existing business, building strong customer relationships, and establishing and developing a relevant consultant network. At the same time, you will be responsible for creating successful matches between clients and consultants and ensuring high quality in delivery.
You will, among other things:
• create and develop long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
• identify client needs and present consulting solutions that create value
• build and develop a strong network of consultants
• drive dialogues with decision-makers and develop collaborations over time
• match specialists and managers to consulting assignments
• follow up on assignments and ensure high quality in delivery

Our expectations
We are looking for someone with a university degree and preferably a few years of experience in the recruitment, staffing, and/or consulting industry. You enjoy and have successfully worked with service sales in B2B. Furthermore, you are a skilled relationship builder, with a good professional reputation and a well-developed personal network.
As a person, you are driven, structured, attentive, and solution-oriented. You appreciate a fast-paced and business-oriented corporate culture and enjoy exceeding the expectations of those you come into contact with. You are innovative and curious about how you can utilize AI to streamline your work. You are used to working independently towards individually set goals but are also a team player who enjoys the effects of good collaboration.
It is important that you find it easy to navigate different systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
