We are looking for a business developer for a mission where you will play a central role in driving and supporting the implementation of modern working methods using Copilot. The assignment involves working closely with a project group and users to ensure an engaging, efficient, and value-creating use of the tool. You will contribute to creating understanding, engagement, and long-term change in the organization through training, coaching, and continuous follow-up.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging, supporting, and following up with ambassadors in their use of Copilot. You will proactively work with the project group to plan and drive a pilot, where you will develop and conduct kick-offs and introductory training sessions. Furthermore, you will hold regular check-ins with participants, identify needs, and develop in-depth training initiatives tailored to the organization's perspective.

You will also support and train the IT management in Copilot and ensure that the project group is continuously updated on changes and developments within the service. The role requires a strong focus on change management and user adoption, where you contribute with a pedagogical and engaging approach.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

• Experience in similar assignments

• Very good experience working with Copilot chat and licensed version

• Pedagogical, inspiring, and engaging ability

• Ability to regularly work on-site in Gothenburg

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in assignments related to adoption and change management

• Good understanding of modern work

• Experience from the energy and/or public sector

• Location: Gothenburg

• Work format: Hybrid, with primary presence on-site

• Start date: Immediate (start 2026-04-06)

• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months
