Do you want to make a difference for patients, staff, and the environment?
Västra Götaland Region is now rolling out a new digital solution for patient meal orders. Using QR codes and mobile technology, patients will be able to choose and order their own meals – a working method that strengthens patient participation, frees up time for healthcare staff, and reduces food waste in the region.
To succeed in this important implementation work, we are looking for two coordinators who want to work closely with the operations and be a key person in the change. The position is located at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg.
What we offer you
As a coordinator, you are responsible for the practical implementation of the digital ordering solution in the care units. You work closely with staff and management, provide training and support, and ensure that the new working method functions in practice. The role is operationally focused, where your ability to create security and structure is crucial for a successful implementation.

The position is a fixed-term assignment starting in September until December 31, 2026.
