Your responsibilities

As an Agricultural Advisor, you are part of our corporate team and work proactively with financial advice for our forestry and agricultural customers. You create solutions adapted to each customer's unique situation and business.

With a holistic perspective, you support the customer within financing, savings, payment solutions, and digital services. The role also includes the administrative work associated with corporate business.

You meet your customers where they are – out on the farm, at the bank, digitally, or at customer meetings. At the same time, you keep up to date with market developments, external factors, and regulations affecting the forestry and agricultural industries. By staying ahead, you create security and develop the business over time.

The role involves both deepening relationships with existing customers and establishing new ones, in close collaboration with colleagues. You also participate in the bank's marketing and customer activities and actively contribute to developing our offerings.

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have an academic education as an agronomist or agricultural manager. Alternatively, an economic education at a corresponding level or another background that we assess as equivalent – previous experience within agriculture is seen as very meritorious.

To assume the role, you need to have a Swedsec advisor license. If you already have it, that is meritorious; otherwise, we will give you the opportunity to further educate yourself.

You have a commercial approach and enjoy taking initiative and creating opportunities. At the same time, you are structured and have a clear solution focus.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good digital skills.
