Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, you work independently with responsibility for your own groups of employees. Your role involves relieving and supporting managers, schedulers, and staff. Duties include handling error signals in time registration, creating work reports, setting up schedules, and registering changes in the system. As needed, you conduct short training sessions and information meetings for staff and managers. You are involved in the implementation of the scheduling tool TESSA. You also have contact with other support functions and act as a link between employees, managers, Payroll Services, and HR. HR Administrators collaborate, support, and substitute for each other as needed. Other duties may also occur.

Qualifications

You have experience in payroll and schedule administration or equivalent, as well as experience with the Heroma system. Experience with TESSA is an advantage. Basic knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel, is desirable. You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are positive, detail-oriented, flexible, and structured, even during periods of higher workload. You value providing good service and contribute to good collaboration and working relationships. You are not afraid to take initiative, take responsibility, deliver solutions, and have new ideas for the benefit of the operations.
