Your Assignment

In Västra Götaland, there is a collaboration organization for assistive devices that works based on objectives in joint agreements and understandings within the assistive device area. The purpose is to ensure, through collaboration, a sustainable, equitable, and secure supply of assistive devices in Västra Götaland.

The collaboration organization consists of groupings at different levels where representatives from both the Västra Götaland Region and municipalities participate.

A lot is happening in the assistive device area, which means opportunities to influence development both regionally and nationally. You will contribute to the efficient and secure handling of personal assistive devices in Västra Götaland.

The position is part of the Collaboration Function for assistive device issues, organized at the Corporate Office of the Västra Götaland Region, Division Specialized Care, Medicines, and Medical Technology Products.

We are looking for you who want to help develop future assistive device collaboration in Västra Götaland!

Responsibilities

As a Regional Developer within the collaboration function, you work on behalf of healthcare and care providers in the Västra Götaland Region and the county's 49 municipalities. The assignment concerns personal assistive devices, including consumables, and is based on the principal's responsibility for healthcare and social services.

The responsibilities include:

• processing cases and providing administrative support to the collaboration organization
• leading and coordinating work in preparatory groups and assistive device forums
• providing support and guidance to prescribers and purchasers of assistive devices based on jointly developed regulations and supply agreements
• producing information material and communicating within and outside the collaboration organization
• contributing to the collaboration between healthcare and care providers and the supply administration
• supporting the implementation of new assistive devices.

We offer an exciting and varied position with many different contact points and the opportunity to work from our offices in Gothenburg, Skövde, Borås, or Vänersborg. The work requires some regular presence in Gothenburg, but there is an opportunity for remote work a couple of days a week.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a relevant university education and experience of both patient/user-oriented work and administrative tasks. Experience from working with assistive devices is meritorious. You have good knowledge of and experience in development work, investigative work, project management, and consultative work. You are proactive, driving, and have the ability to lead development independently and in a group.

You are structured, have an easy time making contacts, and enjoy collaborating and cooperating, which is crucial for success in the assignment. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
