For our operations in central Gothenburg, ISS Facility Services is looking for a positive and proactive person tasked with giving the customer an extraordinary workday. With us, the role is about more than just tasks – you are a key part of the overall experience for our visitors, customers, and employees. About the Role

As a Service Host with us, you are a receptionist, floor host, IT support, and mail/courier handler – essentially the go-to person for everything in the office. You work goal-oriented to create a welcoming, professional, and pleasant environment where service and care permeate every interaction. We offer an exciting and dynamic role where initiative is encouraged. You work in close collaboration with your manager, colleagues, and our client. You are part of a team that together creates a well-functioning workplace where the customer receives an extraordinary experience every day.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
• Daily customer contact with the client and their visitors
• Opening and closing of the reception
• Management of visitor bookings
• Handling of access cards
• Assist the client with booking meeting rooms and ordering catering
• Offer and prepare barista coffee for visitors
• Conference service and support during meetings
• Assist with events and catering
• Round checks of conference rooms
• Handle calls and respond to emails
• Daily collaboration and support with other service functions and cleaning staff
• Contribute to continuous improvements of customer experience and work routines
• Responsible for maintaining high standards in the reception and common areas
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the visitor experience
• Manage coffee and dishwashing machines

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Scope: 100% daytime hours. Location: Gothenburg.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• At least 3 years of experience in service work (hotel, reception, tourist destinations, etc.)
• Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good IT skills
• Independent, able to make own decisions, and flexibility are essential
