About the role

Are you a structured and service-oriented person who thrives in a role where you coordinate, plan, and create first-class customer experiences? We are now looking for an Event Coordinator for our client in the automotive industry. In this role, you will become an important part of the team responsible for customer events and visits at the company's Customer Experience Center. You will work with everything from administration and planning to coordination and execution of activities, ensuring that every event maintains high quality and creates a positive impression for visitors and customers.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment starting August 17, 2026, and running until January 31, 2027, with good opportunities for extension.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and administer customer events and corporate visits
  • Manage bookings, participant lists, and other event administration
  • Ensure smooth logistics before and during events
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the execution of customer visits and events on-site
  • Contribute to creating a professional and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
  • Handle ongoing administrative tasks related to the business

About you

We are looking for you who are a creative problem solver with a structured approach to work. You are organized, proactive, and have the ability to handle multiple activities and tasks simultaneously without losing focus on quality and details. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and find it easy to plan, coordinate, and follow up on various initiatives. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and easily build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. As a person, you are solution-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine administrative tasks with a high level of service.

Requirements for the position

  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, administration, project support, or a similar role
  • Relevant post-secondary education in events, marketing, administration, or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative skills and habit of working in a structured manner
  • Experience in planning and coordinating activities or events
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
