We are now looking for a Project Controller who wants to combine analysis, business understanding, and collaboration with project managers and operations in a role with significant responsibility and development opportunities.

Assignment Description

As a Project Controller, you will become a key business partner to the Head of Finance and the project managers within the Air Traffic Management business area. You will work operationally with financial control and project monitoring, contributing with analyses and decision support that align with the organization's goals.

In this role, you are responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. You work closely with the project operations to identify risks, opportunities, and changed conditions at an early stage. Through analysis and monitoring, you contribute to increased cost awareness and ensure that the financial prerequisites for projects are clear to relevant stakeholders.

You will be part of a finance team and have many contact points within the operations. Travel within Sweden and to the Netherlands may occur.

Who fits the assignment?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or finance.
• Experience working as a Project Controller, Business Controller, or in a similar financial function.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in financial control within project operations.
• Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

To succeed in the role, you are analytical, structured, and business-oriented. You thrive on collaborating with different parts of the organization and have the ability to explain financial relationships in a pedagogical manner. You combine a strategic perspective with meticulous monitoring of details and are eager to take initiative to drive improvements.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in business control or project controlling in an international environment.
• Experience from manufacturing industry, technology companies, or project-intensive organizations.
• Knowledge of the business and economic system Agresso.
• Experience working in global organizations.
• Experience with risk and profitability analyses related to projects.
