Welcome to Partille Customer Service Center! We are looking for a new team member to join our wonderful team.
At Partille Customer Service Center, you always put the customer first. You support Partille's residents, business owners, and others in their contact with the municipality. After the launch, you will also assist those applying for "Partillebo" (municipal housing). You will work closely with others in the team to deliver the best possible service.
You will be the face of the municipality. Through meetings, phone calls, and digital channels, you will answer questions and provide accurate information in interactions with the municipality. The Customer Service Center's mission is to increase accessibility to the municipality and to utilize the knowledge gained from meetings with residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education. You will meet many customers daily here, both in person and digitally. Therefore, we place great importance on your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, primarily in Swedish but also in English and preferably other languages.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in customer service, preferably with telephone service.
- Previous experience working with waste management issues.
- Familiarity with or experience in municipal operations.
- Experience with systems such as Open e, Artvise, Visma, EDP, and Flexite.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to quickly absorb information and convey it in a pedagogical manner. You are accustomed to working digitally and in various systems, are structured, and thrive in an environment where things happen quickly and where you want to develop. You have social competence and are good at building relationships. With your positive attitude, you are a great ambassador for all our operations.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment (100%) starting in August and running until January 10, 2027.
