Aftermarket Coordinator at Götenehus
Götenehus is now looking for an Aftermarket Coordinator for a newly established position where you will play a central role in creating structure, quality, and customer satisfaction after move-in.
About the role
As an Aftermarket Coordinator with us, you are responsible for ensuring professional and business-like handling of aftermarket and warranty cases after final inspection and during the warranty period. You will become a key link between the customer, contractors, suppliers, and our internal organization. The role entails overall responsibility for receiving, prioritizing, and following up on cases, as well as ensuring that measures are carried out in a timely manner and with the right quality.
Since the position is newly established, you will have a unique opportunity to influence and develop working methods, structures, and processes within the aftermarket. You will work both operationally with case management and contribute to long-term improvements by following up on quality, analyzing recurring defects, and feeding lessons learned back into the organization.
The role also includes interpreting inspection reports, following up on remarks, and assisting with inspections when necessary. You will work with issues related to construction law and ensure that warranty cases and defect remediation are handled in accordance with current agreements and legislation. Documentation, follow-up, and reporting are a natural part of the work, as is the dialogue with customers, where you represent Götenehus in a secure and professional manner.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry, preferably within small-house production, and who have worked with project or production management. You have a good understanding of construction law and different types of contracts, as well as experience in aftermarket, building services, or warranty cases. You enjoy working in a structured manner and have good administrative skills, while also being confident in customer dialogue and able to build trust.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, business-minded, and have a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You have the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner and work independently, while also appreciating collaboration and contributing to a good work climate.
Scope: The position is a permanent full-time employment (Monday–Friday).
Compensation: Monthly salary.
Start date: As soon as possible or as agreed.
Location: At our headquarters in Götene.
