Therefore, we are now looking for a salesperson who wants to help companies develop their employees through tailored educational initiatives.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work with some of Sweden's most current competence development issues while being a key part of our customers' long-term development.

About the role

As a salesperson at Nercia, you are responsible for selling our company-adapted education programs. You drive the entire business process from first contact to the completed educational initiative, while simultaneously acting as a project manager for the assignments you sell.

Your customers consist primarily of medium-sized and large companies where you meet decision-makers such as HR Managers, Training Managers, Production Managers, Business Managers, and CEOs.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and process new business opportunities
  • Schedule, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Map customers' competence development needs
  • Develop educational solutions together with our network of experts
  • Write quotes, conduct negotiations, and close deals
  • Project manage and follow up on completed assignments

Experience in service sales and documented good sales results are meritorious, but we value personal qualities, engagement, and the willingness to develop just as highly.
