As a Project Sales Representative, you will have a unique opportunity to bring a new product category in roofing tiles to the market and build the business together with one of Sweden's most successful tile suppliers. Tegelmäster is the market leader in the sale of masonry in brick and is now facing an exciting expansion where roofing tiles become the next natural step in development.

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Sales Representative, you will have overall responsibility for developing and establishing Tegelmäster's initiative in roofing tiles on the Swedish market. You will work with the entire sales process, from prospecting and consulting to quotation preparation, negotiation, and long-term customer development. The role involves great freedom, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both the business and the marketing strategy.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Process projects in early stages through consulting and technical support
  • Calculate projects, prepare quotations, and participate in negotiations
  • Follow up on projects and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Participate in customer events, seminars, and trade fairs
  • Contribute to the development of Tegelmäster's offering in roofing tiles

You will be based at the office in Malmö or Gothenburg, depending on where you live. The role offers great freedom and flexibility with the possibility of hybrid work. Since you will be responsible for customers and projects throughout Sweden, travel is a natural part of the job, with approximately 50 overnight stays per year. You report directly to the CEO.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in B2B sales and thrive on creating business. You preferably have experience with project sales in construction, infrastructure, or related industries and have a good understanding of the construction process. Perhaps you come from a technical sales role, project management role, or another customer-facing function where you have built strong customer relationships and driven complex business. Experience with roofing tiles is meritorious but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have the desire and ability to learn about the products and build trust with customers.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience in B2B sales
  • Have experience from construction, infrastructure, or project-oriented operations
  • Have good technical understanding and interest in construction processes
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Have good computer and system skills
