About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and teamwork. At our goods receiving dock, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of goods from receipt until the products are available in the store.

Examples of tasks

• Unloading and loading goods, as well as distributing products to the store floor.
• Conduct quantity and quality checks on product deliveries.
• Manage internal supply and logistics.
• Handle returns and organize transport back to suppliers.
• Enter delivery and return notes into the system.
• Waste management.
• Documentation handling.

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
• Very good computer skills.
• Passion for providing customers with the best possible service.
• Ability to realize customer projects through professional advice on our wide product range.
• A strong sense of service and customer orientation, as well as knowledge of logistics.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Valid forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience operating a forklift are required.
• A driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term contract. Full-time, 38.25 hours/week. Shifts include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
