Coop Kongahälla is a well-established and attractive store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 11 PM every day of the week to ensure good accessibility for all our customers. The team running the store consists of around 40 employees plus a number of temporary staff.

In your role as Sales Manager for Dairy, you will have very varied tasks; everything from purchasing, planning, sales, and follow-up, to being responsible for personnel and leading and distributing work. You will have a focus and specialist competence regarding dairy and will ensure that the development and operation of the department take place in an efficient and professional manner.

Previous experience and education from the dairy sector are seen as very meritorious, but finding the "right person" is even more important if possible.

The position is a permanent position of 35 hours/week with start date by agreement. We apply a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
• A completed upper secondary education is a requirement.
• Previous experience/education from working with dairy products is very meritorious.
