Current Situation
The automotive industry is changing, and we, working together with Kia, are growing rapidly. As part of our forward-looking initiative, we are now looking for a driven, customer-oriented, and ambitious showroom attendant (male/female) for Svenska Motor in Skövde. Our vision is to become the city's favorite and to be a leader in our locality.

About the Role
The position is perfect if you are studying, want to gain valuable experience, and are looking for a potential entry point into a future career in sales. Your work will primarily consist of meeting customers at our car facility and ensuring that the showroom is kept neat and tidy. It is important that you always keep the customer as your primary focus. The role also involves assisting car salespeople with test drives, product presentations, and customer handling. Additionally, you will assist with photography, washing, and delivery of cars, as well as various administrative and practical tasks related to car sales. The employment is primarily for the summer months of July and August, with the possibility of extra work on Saturdays thereafter. Your working hours will mainly be weekdays from 09:00 – 18:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 – 14:00 (though closed on Saturdays during the summer).

Your Skills
To fit into the role, you need to be someone who always puts the customer and their needs first. We believe you thrive in a role that demands responsibility, where you are good at seeing where you are needed and are not afraid to take action. It is important to us that you are driven and enjoy making contact with new people. We would appreciate it if you had an interest in cars and prior experience in service-oriented work, as well as good knowledge of customer service. As a person, you are quick to learn, social, and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues. Other qualities we value are that you appreciate a good atmosphere at work, understand your own role in the team, and can handle a sometimes fast-paced work environment. A Swedish B-driver's license is required, for both automatic and manual transmission.
