Bemano AB is currently recruiting several sales representatives for one of Scandinavia's leading wholesalers in Asian food products. About the Company

Our client is a well-known and established wholesaler in Asian food products with extensive experience in importing, distributing, and selling to restaurants, shops, and corporate clients throughout Scandinavia. The assortment includes thousands of products – from fresh and frozen goods to spices, noodles, canned foods, snacks, and beverages.

The business is characterized by a high level of service, deep product knowledge, and close relationships with both Swedish customers and international suppliers. You will become a key player in strengthening and developing the company's market position.

About the Role

As a sales representative for our client, you are the face of the company and the engine of business development. You work independently with the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and build long-term relationships with customers in the restaurant, retail, and wholesale sectors.

  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Prospect and contact new customers within the restaurant, retail, and wholesale sectors
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to quote, negotiation, and contract
  • Present the assortment, new products, and campaigns in a professional and engaging manner
  • Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Follow up on sales targets, customer activity, and forecasts

We are looking for you who

You are an independent and results-oriented salesperson who thrives on creating new business and building trust. You have a genuine interest in food and international cultures, and you see every customer meeting as an opportunity to create value.

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within food, retail, hospitality, wholesale, or import/export
  • Independent, results-oriented, and confident in creating new business
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Interest in Asian food culture and a curious business mindset
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Desirable Language Skills

Knowledge of one or more Asian languages – such as Malay, Thai, or Chinese – is highly desirable and opens doors to specific customer and supplier networks. It is not a formal requirement, but a clear competitive advantage.
