About the Sales Manager Role
As a Sales Manager at FlexQube, you are responsible for driving and developing sales in the Swedish market, focusing on new business and strategic customer development within the manufacturing industry. You drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and work with complex solutions within both automation and trolley-based material handling solutions. The role involves close collaboration with internal specialists and functions within areas such as technology and robotics to ensure customized end-to-end solutions.

You will join an international sales team with colleagues in Europe, the USA, and Mexico, and report directly to the CEO. The role entails significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to take on a more strategic role in European sales in the long term. You will be based at FlexQube's office in Mölndal, with business travel involved.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition and business development within the manufacturing industry in Sweden, with responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting to closed deals.
  • Work with solution sales of both automation solutions and trolley-based material handling solutions.
  • Develop strategic key accounts and identify and drive growth in existing customer relationships.
  • Closely collaborate with internal technology and robotics teams to create customer-specific end-to-end solutions.

About You
We are looking for you who have previous experience from commercial roles within the tech or industrial sector (preferably within intralogistics and material handling automation), where you have independently driven the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. We consider it an advantage if you hold a post-secondary education in areas such as mechanical engineering or automation, or if you have experience from the manufacturing industry in a production and customer-facing role. Furthermore, you have worked with solution sales and are accustomed to analyzing customer needs and translating them into technical end-to-end solutions. You have good technical understanding and experience selling to the manufacturing industry. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a valid driver's license (Category B) and the ability to travel for work.

As a person, you are self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive to create business and develop customer relationships. You have a technical interest and analytical ability that allows you to quickly understand customer needs and identify the right solution. Furthermore, you are relationship-building, resilient in longer sales cycles, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with significant personal responsibility.

Key requirements for the role:

  • Previous work experience in commercial roles within the tech or industrial sector, where you have independently driven deals through the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in solution sales where customer needs are analyzed and translated into a technical end-to-end solution.
  • Good technical understanding and habit of selling to the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and the ability to travel for work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Post-secondary technical education in mechanical engineering, production technology, automation, or a similar field.
  • Previous practical experience from the manufacturing industry in a production and customer-facing role, for example as a production engineer, project manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in sales within automation, robotics, AGV/AMR, intralogistics, or material handling solutions.
