Job Description
Are you an engaged and solution-oriented person looking for a flexible part-time position?
We are currently looking for a Customer Advisor who wants to work 1–3 shifts per week, with the option of both half-days and full days.
In this role, you are the face of the company and handle communication via phone, email, and chat. Your main task is to provide first-class support, resolve customer inquiries, and proactively inform customers about our offers and products. You are expected to handle complaints professionally and ensure that every case is resolved efficiently. Daily duties also include registering interactions in our internal systems and collaborating with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers always receive the right assistance.
Working hours vary depending on customer opening hours. Shifts are available seven days a week, both during the day and in the evening. The assignment starts immediately or as agreed. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
- Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries and inform about offers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure every case is managed effectively and professionally.
- Register and document customer interactions in the system.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Qualifications
- Since this is a part-time position, you must be able to certify that you are studying at least 50% or have another primary occupation (employment with another employer).
- Ability to work full-time during the summer.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- High school education with passing grades.
- Ability to handle demanding situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous experience in service roles.
