About the role

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will have a role where technology meets business. You will drive the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to a final agreement – and work both strategically and operationally to find new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships. You will assess customer needs through your own analyses and incoming inquiries, developing solution proposals that combine technology, layout, preliminary calculations, and quotations. In dialogue with the customer, you guide them toward the right solution, present your proposal, and negotiate the deal. Once the agreement is signed, you continue as a key link into the internal project organization, which takes the work forward.

The work is based out of our office in Tibro and is combined with customer visits throughout Sweden, as well as parts of Scandinavia and Europe.

Your profile

This role suits you if you thrive in an environment where technology and business go hand in hand, and where you have ample opportunity to build relationships, influence results, and drive development. You are communicative, engaged, and confident in meetings with various types of customers. At the same time, you possess high technical competence and a creative ability to see opportunities and transform customer needs into concrete solutions.

We believe you have an engineering background and experience in technical sales at the system level within automation or special machinery. You express yourself well in English and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

If you also have experience in machine construction or robot programming, it is a valuable asset.
