The position is full-time with great flexibility, and you will be based in the Gothenburg area with travel within the region as a natural part of the role.

What the Role Entails

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for developing business within the industrial, metal, and recycling segments. The role combines new customer acquisition with the further development of existing customer relationships and suits you if you thrive in a business-oriented environment where you can combine sales, consulting, and problem-solving.

You work closely with the customers' operations to understand their needs, material flows, and business challenges. By identifying improvement opportunities and creating value-generating solutions, you contribute to both the customers' profitability and their sustainability efforts.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Process new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to agreement and follow-up.
  • Identify business opportunities within material handling, recycling, and logistics.
  • Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and negotiations.
  • Work systematically with pipeline management and sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and colleagues to find the best solutions for the customer.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are business-driven, curious, and relationship-building. You have the ability to immerse yourself in the customers' operations and are driven by finding solutions that create real value. At the same time, you are self-motivated, structured, and confident in taking responsibility for your business from start to finish.

You do not need to know everything from day one, but we believe you have experience from industry, recycling, metal, logistics, or related operations where you have developed a good understanding of business and customer relations. Experience in B2B sales is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personality, your drive, and your willingness to learn.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

  • Have experience from industrial operations, recycling, metal, logistics, or similar areas.
  • Enjoy creating new contacts and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Have good business understanding and an interest in complex operations and flows.
  • Work systematically and have the ability to drive several businesses in parallel.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

If you also have experience in proactive B2B sales, raw material flows, or industrial customer segments, we see this as a plus.
