In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, chat, and email. You often serve as the customer's first point of contact with the company, which requires you to be service-oriented and possess strong communication skills. We are looking for a cooperative person with excellent communication abilities. You are passionate about delivering high-quality service by being attentive and accessible. You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks while remaining solution-focused even in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a natural flair for service. You remain calm under pressure and always work with a clear goal to deliver the best possible results.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve issues via incoming calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related cases.
• Administration and documentation.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience from service roles, such as retail or customer service.
• Interest in working with and communicating with people.
• Good computer and system skills.
• Good proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• High school education.

A driver's license and access to a car are meritorious for this position.
