Our project logistics department specializes primarily in ad-hoc shipments and ongoing projects. This can range from standard container shipments from A to Z, to heavy and oversized project cargo or special goods requiring extra handling and expertise. About the role
As a Project Forwarder, you are responsible for planning and organizing tailored logistics solutions for projects and special cargo. For this position, the focus is on transporting military classified goods, primarily within air export, but you will also work with other types of cargo and modes of transport. You are responsible for your own customers, projects, and shipments, while collaborating closely with colleagues in Sweden, GEODIS's global network, as well as customers, suppliers, and partners worldwide.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop relationships and business with existing customers and suppliers.
• Manage shipments and projects from inquiry all the way to invoicing.
• Handle customer contact and follow-up via phone and visits.
• Respond to supplier and customer inquiries.
• Contribute to team development and the improvement of working methods, routines, and processes.

Your profile
The most important thing for us is to find the right person for our team, someone with strong drive who wants to help continue developing the department.

What we are looking for:

• At least a few years of experience in forwarding with a focus on air export. Experience with other modes of transport is an advantage.
• It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience in project logistics and special transports, especially with military classified cargo.
• Knowledge of the production system CW1 is a plus.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

This role suits you if you are solution-oriented and independently drive your work forward. You have the ability to plan and organize projects and special transports from start to finish, acting proactively and with good structure. Excellent communication and collaboration with both external and internal partners is a given for you, always with good service and quality in focus.
