Your Role
You will be responsible for supporting and training care teams (primarily geriatrics, neurology, and stroke, but also psychiatry and municipal care) in the implementation and use of QUMEA's patient monitoring system.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the link between our technology and the healthcare staff. You play a key role in the deployment process, ensuring that QUMEA's solution is used correctly and creates real value for healthcare professionals and patients.
Your Responsibilities
- Support project managers and department heads throughout the entire implementation process.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions.
- Ensure smooth deployment, including close dialogue with the project manager responsible for technical deployment.
- Support existing customers and ensure QUMEA is used correctly.
- Receive and analyze customer feedback.
- Support the sales process by creating new offers and achieving sales targets.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the creation and further development of training materials.
- Organize and conduct reference visits for potential new customers.
- Receive error messages and take corresponding action (troubleshooting).
- Collaborate with and support product management regarding new and further development.
- Contribute to QUMEA's fantastic workplace where innovation is driven through collaboration.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone residing in the Västra Götaland Region with several years of experience as a licensed nurse, preferably within geriatrics, neurology, stroke, or psychiatry, and who is passionate about improving healthcare through new technology.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to build trust with customers.
- Willingness to work on-site at hospitals, primarily within the Västra Götaland Region (VGR).
- Ability to communicate with department heads and operational managers (leadership experience is an advantage).
- Empathy and patience to support healthcare staff during QUMEA's implementation.
- Technical expertise to present QUMEA or troubleshoot configurations if something is not working as intended.
- Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Monday.com is an advantage.
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English. German is an advantage.
