Do you want to combine marketing, communication, events, and digital channels in a company that makes a difference for schools across Sweden? We are now looking for a Marketing Activation Specialist who wants to contribute to their operational and strategic marketing efforts!About the role

As a Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be the one who translates marketing strategies into concrete activities and ensures that ideas become reality. You will have a broad and varied role where you are responsible for large parts of the operational marketing work. You will be responsible for the marketing work together with the Marketing Manager, and you will work together with approximately 10 colleagues from the customer support team. You will be involved in the company's continued development towards an even stronger customer focus and contribute to ensuring that Skola24's message reaches the right target groups through relevant and engaging activities. The role suits you if you like switching between planning and execution, thrive when a lot is happening, and are motivated by making things happen. You will also enjoy the role if you like freedom under responsibility and want to contribute your own ideas within marketing strategies. In the role, you will work with, among other things:

  • Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Events, webinars, customer meetings, and trade shows
  • Publishing and developing content on the website and in digital channels
  • Newsletters and target group-adapted communication
  • Marketing automation and development of customer dialogues
  • Responsibility for ensuring Skola24's visual identity is followed in marketing materials
  • Follow-up, analysis, and optimization of campaigns and activities
  • Collaboration with several functions to ensure successful execution
Your profile

You are a person who gladly takes personal responsibility and drives your work forward independently. For you, success is not about hoarding knowledge, but about sharing it with others and contributing to common results. Requirements for the position:

  • Vocational Higher Education (YH) or University Education in Marketing/Communication or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in operational marketing within some of the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with the MS Office package
Merits for the position:
  • Experience with campaigns, events, digital communication, or similar marketing activities
  • Experience working in a CMS
  • Experience with B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of Optimizely or similar CMS
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and/or HubSpot
  • Experience with data-driven marketing work and tracking KPIs
  • Experience with project management or coordination of several parallel activities
