About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist in Stormwater Solutions for GF Uponor Infra in Fristad. This role is a key part of our initiative to provide solutions that help societies manage increased climate challenges, heavy rainfall, and new demands for sustainable urban development.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, consultants, water and wastewater engineers, and municipalities to identify and understand needs, build long-term business relationships, and contribute to ensuring the right solution is selected already in the design phase. You translate technical knowledge into solutions that create value for both the customer and society. Simultaneously, you act as an internal expert supporting our district sales teams with technical competence, solution proposals, and project support throughout the entire business process.

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. The location is Fristad, and the role involves travel within Sweden.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish Uponor Infra’s stormwater solutions in the Swedish market.
  • Work strategically with consultants, water and wastewater engineers, and municipalities in early project stages.
  • Drive technical advisory, solution dialogues, and training for customers and internal teams.
  • Create business opportunities together with district sales representatives and support the business from idea to closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and technical support functions to ensure feasible and sustainable solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships and become a natural partner in the design phase.
  • Follow up on projects and activities in CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

Your Profile

  • Post-secondary technical education in water and wastewater, civil engineering, road and water, or a similar field.
  • Experience in technical sales, advisory services, or engineering within water and wastewater or a related area.
  • Good understanding of stormwater management, climate adaptation, and water and wastewater systems.
  • Experience working with specifying parties, such as consultants, water and wastewater engineers, or municipalities.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience actively working in CRM systems, as well as proficiency in the Office package.

Having a network within the water and wastewater or civil engineering industry and experience with digital dimensioning tools is considered a merit.
