We are now looking for a Customer Coordinator who wants to be the first legal contact in a customer journey that often begins during a period of grief and important legal decisions.

As a Customer Coordinator, you become an important part of the customer's journey. You are the one who steps in when a need arises and guides the customer further into the legal process. With a secure approach, good structure, and genuine engagement, you help people take the next step in matters concerning estate settlement, inheritance division, and estate administration.

The role is based at our office in Gothenburg and involves travel within the West region. A driver's license and access to a car are therefore required.

About the role

As a Customer Coordinator, you are responsible for refining incoming customer contacts from Klarahill into legal assignments at Verahill. You conduct initial conversations, build trust, and help the customer understand their situation and which legal services best meet their needs.

The role is about much more than booking a meeting or registering a case. You become an advisory contact who helps people make well-founded decisions with empathy and professionalism in a situation that is often emotionally challenging. At the same time, you ensure that our lawyers and estate administrators receive a complete and well-prepared basis to take over the case in the best possible way.

You become an important part of creating a cohesive and high-quality customer journey between Klarahill and Verahill and contribute actively to developing the collaboration between the businesses.

Main responsibilities
  • Receive and follow up on incoming customer contacts from Klarahill.

  • Conduct needs assessments and guide customers further in the legal process.

  • Help customers make decisions regarding estate settlement, inheritance division, and estate administration.

  • Drive the process from first contact to a signed service agreement.

  • Register and administer cases and ensure that all documentation is correct.

  • Perform initial administrative tasks, such as conflict checks and other internal controls.

  • Be the face of the business on the phone, in digital channels, and at the office.

  • Contribute to a professional, secure, and welcoming customer experience.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues within both Verahill and Klarahill to develop the customer journey.

  • Gradually develop your knowledge of estate law and our legal services.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in service, advisory roles, or sales and who thrive in a role where you build relationships and create trust. You are used to leading people to decisions in a listening and professional manner and are motivated by making a real difference for each customer.

As a person, you are empathetic, communicative, and confident in your meetings with people, even when the conversations concern difficult life situations. You have a natural business mindset and understand the importance of combining high service with a clear focus on results.

You work in a structured manner and are good at keeping order even when the pace is high. At the same time, you are unpretentious, team-oriented, and gladly contribute to a positive work climate where people help each other.

We also believe that you are curious and have an interest in law. You do not need to be a lawyer, but you are motivated by developing your competence and want to learn more about the legal issues our customers need support with.
