Do you want to drive the business forward while helping to develop our commercial premises? Here you will have overall responsibility for the leasing and work closely with both tenants and the operations.

About the role In this role, you are responsible for the leasing of our premises in Borås, Ulricehamn, and Huskvarna. The focus is on our property portfolio of approximately 220 commercial units, where you drive the leasing work and develop the business over time. You have many contact points and collaborate closely with marketing, property management, finance, and other parts of the organization. You act as the link between the tenant and the organization, ensuring that issues are driven forward and result in functional solutions.

The assignment also involves:

• Responsibility for driving and developing the leasing work for commercial premises.
• Proactive work with existing and upcoming vacancies to ensure a good occupancy rate.
• Identifying interesting companies, industries, and tenants that fit the company's premises.
• Nurturing and developing relationships with existing tenants, local actors, and partners.

You will be based in our nice premises at Väveriet in Ulricehamn. Daily travel to our properties in Borås and Huskvarna is included in the role, and you report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Your profile We are looking for you who have experience from a business-driven role where you have worked closely with customers and driven processes forward. You may have worked with leasing, real estate, sales, or in another role where you have been responsible for business, relationships, and results. You are comfortable with systems, and if you have also worked in CAD programs or with simple sketches, it is a plus. You are self-sufficient and enjoy taking responsibility for your work from start to finish. You are good at building trust, are confident in dialogues, and comfortable in business contexts. You are structured and have the ability to balance details and the big picture. Others see you as pragmatic and solution-oriented, someone who gets things done. For you, it is natural to think in terms of business in what you do and to contribute to long-term results.
