A Lot Decoration Sweden AB was founded in 2004 in Falköping and is one of the leading interior design companies in the Nordics. We sell decorative items, small furniture, and specially designed products to florists, interior designers, and retailers. Our 4,000 articles – from small decorations to large ones – are designed internally and sold exclusively B2B via our own webshop, trade fairs, and catalogs. Our signature is products that "stand out," what we call allottigt.

Focus of your role

In this role, you will have broad business and result responsibility, driving the development of your assortment from idea to finished product and launch. A large part of your day-to-day work involves understanding the market, catching trends, and turning them into commercially viable products and collections. You will work with everything from assortment strategy, product development, and pricing to supplier development, margins, and profitability.

Together with sourcing partners in Asia, you will identify and develop new products, while collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and product development to create an attractive and competitive offer. To stay ahead of the market, the role also includes travel to trade fairs, suppliers, and trend destinations where you gather inspiration, build relationships, and capture future opportunities.

You will become part of an experienced team consisting of several category managers, where you will jointly develop assortments that create value for both customers and the business.

If we could wish for anything

Here we are looking for you who want to take the next step in your career. Perhaps you currently work as a Product Manager, Assortment Manager, or in a similar role within retail. You have built solid experience in product development and assortment management and are now ready for a role with greater commercial responsibility, where you get to influence everything from product ideas and assortment strategy to profitability and business development.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have experience with:

• Private Label development
• Supplier collaborations in Asia
• Assortment and pricing for different sales channels
• Retail or related industries
• Launch and time-to-market processes
• Business analysis, calculations in Excel

The industry you currently work in is less important than the experience. What matters is that you understand how to build attractive products and profitable assortments.
